Delta Tools, also known as Delta Machinery, is a manufacturer popular of several lines of power tools. Started in 1919 by Herbert Tautz, Delta Tools is known in the industry for very reliable woodworking power tools and light industrial machinery.
Delta Tools offers many high quality, durable tools and their most popular lines include contractor saws, drill presses, belt sanders and saw blades. Delta Tools’ brands are primarily targeted to consumer and woodworking hobbyists. Their quality and reliability are considered first class.
Delta Tools are showcased in a wide variety of media shows in the US, including top home improvement shows. Delta Tools are available throughout the US, mainly at large retailers. They are also at smaller woodworking outlets. While Delta Tools was acquired by Black & Decker in 2004, the company still carries on its fine tradition of making high quality, innovative tools.
